Refund Deadlines

Students are responsible for adhering to the dates below for cancelling or withdrawing from courses.

All requests to withdraw or receive a refund must be received in writing. No refunds will be issued for one-day/special events or trip offerings. Refunds can only be issued to the individual who paid for the class, in the original form of payment (check, credit card, echeck).

A full refund for multi-week courses will be provided if we receive a request (in writing) before the start of the second class. Beyond this time frame, no refunds are given except in the event of an emergency.
