OLLI-RU instructors are a mixture of peer teachers, professors from Rutgers and nearby universities, graduate and postdoctoral students, independent scholars and community experts. Our classes do not have tests, grades, or educational requirements, and therefore exemplify learning for the love of it.
Courses meet once a week for 90 minutes for either 5 or 10 weeks from 10:30 am - 12 pm or 1 pm - 2:30 pm (with some exceptions) in New Brunswick (Rutgers Lifelong Learning Center, 3 Rutgers Plaza, New Brunswick) or Freehold (Brookdale Community College, 3680 Route 9 South, Freehold).
Please visit our location page for detailed information on directions and parking. Both facilities are completely accessible. OLLI-RU administrative offices are also located in New Brunswick at the Rutgers Lifelong Learning Center.
OLLI-RU is proud to offer year-round programming, with two 10-week sessions (fall and spring), and two 5-week sessions (winter and summer). Our Important Dates page has detailed information regarding upcoming sessions.
